CILJ PROJEKTA je smanjiti troškove električne energije Opće bolnice Zadar instaliranjem kapaciteta za proizvodnju električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora što će doprinijeti sigurnosti opskrbe i zaštiti okoliša smanjenjem emisija CO2 za 65,3 tona godišnje. Ušteđena sredstva omogućit će daljnja ulaganja u modernizaciju bolničke opreme i unapređenje zdravstvenih usluga. Izravne ciljne skupine su zaposlenici bolnice i korisnici bolničkih usluga, a neizravne lokalna i regionalna samouprava te ukupan zdravstveni sustav Republike Hrvatske. Izgradnja solarne elektrane doprinosi cilju Programa „Energija i klimatske promjene“ povećanjem korištenja tehnologija s manjom emisijom ugljika i povećanom sigurnosti opskrbe energijom u Republici Hrvatskoj. Projekt doprinosi ostvarenju obaveznih programskih ishoda i neposrednih rezultata postizanjem ciljnih vrijednosti pokazatelja zadanih u Pozivu. Koristi koje će solarna elektrana Opće bolnice Zadar donijeti ne samo bolnici nego i široj zajednici bit će primjer i poticaj lokalnim i nacionalnim ustanovama na korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije. Provedbom planiranih komunikacijskih aktivnosti kontinuirano će se informirati zaposlenici, korisnici bolničkih usluga, lokalna i nacionalna poslovna zajednica o dobrobiti korištenja obnovljivih izvora energije u zaštiti okoliša smanjenjem emisija CO2.

THE AIM OF THE PROJECT is to reduce the cost of electricity at the Zadar General Hospital by installing capacities for the production of electricity from renewable sources, which will contribute to the security of supply and environmental protection by reducing CO2 emissions by 65.3 tons per year. The funds saved will enable further investment in the modernization of hospital equipment and the improvement of health services. Direct target groups are hospital employees and users of hospital services, and indirect local and regional self-government and the overall health system of the Republic of Croatia. The construction of a solar power plant contributes to the goal of the Energy and Climate Change Programme by increasing the use of technologies with lower carbon emissions and increased security of energy supply in the Republic of Croatia.

The project contributes to the achievement of mandatory programme outcomes and immediate results by achieving the target values of the indicators set in the Call. The benefits that the solar power plant of the Zadar General Hospital will bring not only to the hospital but also to the wider community will be an example and incentive for local and national institutions to use renewable energy sources. The implementation of planned communication activities will continuously inform employees, hospital service users, and local and national business community about the benefits of using renewable energy sources in environmental protection by reducing CO2 emissions.

Projekt izgradnje solarne elektrane na krovu zgrade Poliklinike, smanjit će potrošnju električne energije primljene iz elektroenergetske distribucijske mreže za 19,11% te će posljedično tome bolnica ostvariti uštedu. Solarna elektrana Opće bolnice Zadar, izlazne snage 220 kW, instaliranog kapaciteta 0,23 MW, proizvodit će 279.063 kWh električne energije godišnje te će smanjiti emisije CO2 za 65,3 tona godišnje. Ukupne površine elektrane iznosi 1.111 m2, a ukupna vrijednost investicije iznosi 261.352,88 EUR.

A solar power plant project is being planned for the roof of the Polyclinic building. This will help reduce the amount of electricity consumed from the distribution network by 19.11%. As a result, the hospital will be able to save money. The proposed solar power plant for the Zadar General Hospital will have an output capacity of 220 kW and an installed capacity of 0.23 MW. It will be able to produce 279,063 kWh of electricity per year, while also reducing CO2 emissions by 65.3 tons per year. The total area covered by the power plant will be 1,111 m2. The estimated cost of the investment is EUR 261,352.88.
